Purchases in the Services
Your purchases of Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods, which you may purchase with “real world” money or which you may earn via gameplay, are final and is not refundable, exchangeable, transferable.
You may not purchase, sell, or exchange Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods outside the Services.
We Cup Games Studio may control, manage, and modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.
Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods do not have an equivalent value in real cash and do not act as a substitute for real-world money.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cup Games Studio from and against any claims, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by third parties resulting from or relating to your use of any Game or your violation of this Agreement.
Availability of the Services
You understand and agree that our Services may be terminated (or partly terminated) without notice to you (including for example economic reasons due to a limited number of users continuing to make use of them over time). In such an event we do not have to provide refunds for Virtual Items or other items in connection with such discontinued Services.

Limitations of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without any further warranties or any kind. You understand that our Services cannot be guaranteed as error free.
You assume the risk of any and. For minor users, the responsibility rests with their legal representatives.
Cup Games Studio won’t be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages or loss from use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to, damages to property, loss of goodwill, device failure or malfunction and, personal injuries, lost profits cause by the action arising out of the Services.
Epilepsy
Any person who suffers from epilepsy must consult a doctor before playing. If you experience uncontrollable jerking movements, impaired vision, dizziness, muscular or visual spasms, loss of consciousness, disorientation, involuntary movements, or convulsions whilst playing, stop playing immediately and consult your doctor
